Connor Brady - Director

After lecturing in cultural differences at l’Université Paris-Saclay, Connor worked in HR for WelTec, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the Department of Internal Affairs.
In 2004 he and Catherine established their own HR and immigration consultancies.
NZ skill shortages led him to specialise in supporting businesses who employ migrant workers, handling employer accreditation, employee visa applications and advising on resettlement support. He is a New Zealand Licensed Immigration Adviser.
Catherine Neazor Brady - Director

Catherine started her 25-year HR career at the OECD in Paris before returning to New Zealand where she worked at the NZ Fire Service and the Department of Internal Affairs.
Since 2004 she and Connor have managed their own HR and immigration consultancies, helping NZ businesses navigate tricky HR challenges and employ migrant workers.
She is a Chartered Member of the Human Resource Institute of New Zealand, and a New Zealand Licensed Immigration Adviser.
We are one of New Zealand’s most experienced steel fabricators and industrial engineering providers. We have a separate business with a dedicated, stand alone cutting centre specializing in CNC Plate and Sheet Processing. We have a long history of supporting and growing local talent, but have always had a skilled migrant component in our workforce. With so many rule changes over time it has been a challenge to stay on top of how to recruit and get visas for people. Neazor Brady has been helping us with HR, recruitment and immigration for 20 years and this has helped us recruit and retain key staff, including navigating closed borders.
