FOR MIGRANTS & FAMILIES
You've come a long way. Let's get the next step right.
Moving to New Zealand — or staying longer, or bringing the people you love with you — is one of the biggest decisions you'll make. It shouldn't feel like a guessing game.
Whether you're applying for your first work visa, planning your path to residence, wanting your partner and children beside you, or working out whether the course you're about to enrol in leads anywhere, you'll be working with Licensed Immigration Advisers who do this every day, know where applications come unstuck, and will tell you honestly what's realistic for your situation.
You won't be handed a checklist and left to figure it out alone. You'll get clear answers, a plan that fits your circumstances, and someone who stays with you from the first conversation through to the visa in your hand.
Working in New Zealand
Get an Accredited Employer Work Visa, change to a new role or employer, or sort out a Specific Purpose Work Visa.
Living in New Zealand
Find the residence pathway that fits your job, your skills, and your timeline — and get the timing right.
Bringing your partner & family
Partner, children, and parent visas — so the people who matter most are settled here with you.
Studying in New Zealand
Choose a course with your eyes open, get your student visa right, and know what study can, and can't, lead to afterwards.
A quick word on who pays for what
It helps to know this up front, because it's not always obvious.
When you're hired by a New Zealand employer, they cover the cost of becoming Accredited and of the Job Check that approves your role. They may pay for your Accredited Employer Work Visa too. What usually sits with you is the cost of bringing your family over and, later, your residence application.
That's where many migrants come to us directly. If your employer is already a Neazor Brady client, you may have access to flexible payment terms on family and residence work, so the cost spreads over time instead of arriving as one bill. Either way, you'll know what to expect before any work begins.
Not sure where you fit? Start here.
Tell us a little about your situation and we'll point you to the right pathway — or tell you honestly if now isn't the right time to apply.
When Neazor Brady is the right fit — and when it isn't
We work best with people in stable visa situations who are moving forward — bringing family in, applying for residence, changing jobs, planning the next step. If you've already submitted an application and run into a serious problem, or you're in a complex enforcement situation, you'll usually be better served by a firm that specialises in that kind of work. If that's where you are, tell us anyway — we'll point you in the right direction.
And if your employer isn't currently a Neazor Brady client, we can still help you directly. We may also be able to talk with your employer about whether working with us would benefit them too — many do, once they see what's involved in keeping a migrant workforce settled and stable.
